Event Information

Our goal in this program is to prepare women of all ages and experience levels in our community to learn how to protect themselves for anything life throws their way. During this program we will work on skills and situational awareness needed to stay safe in the face of danger. We want girls and women to walk away feeling stronger, fitter and more confident in everything they do.
