Join us at Woodberry Forest Park (6115 Summerhill Road
Temple Hills, MD 20748) as we strive to reduce stress, improve our moods, get better sleep, and increase our self-esteem. Gain confidence with music and fun for our Calm, Cool, and Collected Run. Participants will learn about ways to improve their mental health with an outreach toolkit.  Enjoy lawn games for people of all ages including corn hole, tug-o- war, giant Jenga etc. and music.
