Jonathan Jaeger is a self-taught, multicultural artist, creator, and designer who identifies as African American. He grew up straddling the racial divide and not liking freedoms being taken away from minorities in the United States. These social events and strong religious faith are important influences in his body of work. He considers himself a Black Peter Pan, seeking out imaginative ideas and revealing the child within as he creates and moves from the dark toward color and light.
