The Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex Indoor Track Extended Closure

UPDATE (November 21, 2023): The Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex indoor track installation is currently in the second phase and is projected to be completed in early January 2024. We are committed to working diligently to complete the renovations as swiftly as possible. *UPDATE: The Sports and Learning Complex indoor track renovations are expected to be completed by Winter 2024. The 2023- 2024 indoor track season will be minimally affected by the closure. LANDOVER, Md. – M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County announces the temporary closure of the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex indoor track beginning Tuesday, August 29 through Winter 2024. The indoor track will undergo the scheduled replacement of the track flooring due to the end-of-life timeframe.

The Department of Parks and Recreation is committed to continuing to provide a state-of-the-art track amenity that will enhance the community’s athletic experiences and is working diligently to complete the renovations as swiftly as possible. The Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex continues to offer a variety of programs while renovations are underway.
