We’re looking for Teen Arts Council Members to be the leaders and voice of the teen arts community!
Share your talents and help shape our Department’s art programming.
Opportunities
Teen Arts Council members can expect to receive community service opportunities, be involved in curating art projects and presentations, attend bi-weekly council meetings, enjoy an annual art centered field trip, and receive a $300 stipend upon the completion of the eight-month term (Oct. 2026-June 2027). Those interested must be residents of Prince George’s County who are 13-18 years old. It is FREE to apply.

To be considered for the Teen Arts Council, you must complete the online application form and short essay prompt, and share a piece of original artwork in your preferred genre (music, dance, visual arts, etc.).
