The Office of Community Relations will be hosting their Forever Fit with ECSAC. OCR staff will spread awareness regarding senior’s health through dancing/stretching activities, explain why it is beneficial, provide vital information from County partners, and present healthier food options. This activity will be filled with games such as raffles, dance sessions, prizes, light refreshments, and a guest speaker.
