Join us as we explore the lives, visions, interpretations, and unique sensibilities of poets from three centuries whose beautiful words offer deeper understanding of women facing their times, crafting identities, and reaching for wholeness. We will discuss Emily Dickinson, Elizabeth Bishop, Joy Harjo, and more. Add your voice to a discussion of what it means to be a woman in our times when diversity demands grace and creativity to sustain us and how art inspires our journeys! These discussions will be led by Dr. Karen Arnold, former poet-in-residence at Montpelier Arts Center and discussion moderator for multiple literature groups in Baltimore.
