Event Information

Nikki Brooks is a multi-disciplinary artist, educator, and
activist. Through installation, collage, and assemblage, Nikki
creates artwork that “confronts institutional philosophies that
operate with conscious biases that attempt to camouflage
themselves under the notion of inclusion and diversity.” Using
photographic imagery, words, fabric, paint, furniture, and
more, Brooks immerses the viewer into conflicting spaces
while leaving room for the viewer to contemplate diversity.
