Summer Day Camp Registration


NOTE: Every Camper must provide completed health forms prior to the first day of camp to be permitted to attend!

To register via Internet or telephone, have your SMARTlink client barcodes, camp activity number, family PIN, and credit/ debit card number. If the phone lines or web site are busy, try back. The first hours of registration are very busy.

You may pay in full or make a $50 deposit (per camper, per session) when you register, and schedule the remaining payments. The $50 is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The scheduled payment option is not available when you register via telephone - you must pay in full.

Ways to register for summer day camps:
    SMARTlink - register for a class or program!
  • Register via SMARTlink Internet – click on the SMARTlink logo to the right. Prince George’s County resident registration begins at 9 am, Saturday, April 12 until midnight, Sunday, June 15. Registration for residents of all other jurisdictions begins at 9 am, Saturday, April 19 until midnight, Sunday, June 15.

  • Register via SMARTlink automated, touch-tone telephone – call 301-583-BOOK (2665) and follow the voice prompts. The scheduled payment option is not available when you register via telephone - you must pay in full. Prince George’s County resident registration begins at 9 am, Saturday, April 12 until midnight, Sunday, June 15. Registration for residents of all other jurisdictions begins at 9 am, Saturday, April 19 until midnight, Sunday, June 15.

  • Register in person at any M-NCPPC staffed facility in Prince George’s County. Bring your SMARTlink information. Prince George’s County resident registration begins at 9 am, Saturday, April 12 until one week before camp start date. Registration for residents of all other jurisdictions begins at 9 am, Saturday, April 19 until one week before camp start date.

  • Register by mail – fill out the Mail-In Registration Form and mail it with payment or deposit to the address on the form. Mail-In registrations from Prince George’s County residents will be opened beginning at 9 am, Monday, April 14 and accepted until one week before camp start date. Mail-In registrations from residents of all other jurisdictions will be opened beginning at 9 am, Monday, April 21 and accepted until one week before camp start date.


Extended care registration

You must first be registered in the corresponding day camp before registering for extended care. Please complete extended care registration at least one week prior to camp start date. Registered campers are guaranteed a space in extended care if the camp offers extended care.

  • You must pay in full at the time you register for extended care.
  • Extended Care registration is NOT available via SMARTlink telephone.
