Arts Alive! Survey

Dear Elementary and Middle School Teachers:

Arts Alive! has been a program of the M-NCPPC, Arts and Cultural Heritage Division for the past 20 years. Over the last three years the number of bookings has decreased sharply, causing the department to assess the need and support for such a program. The artists' fees for each performer on the Arts Alive! roster have been subsidized by the M-NCPPC. We are seeking your input about the types of programs/performers that would support your classroom activities. Please complete this survey and return it by clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom. Your input is most appreciated.
