Tee Time Reservations

Golfer ID Cards
Golfer photo identification cards will be issued at the Pro Shop at participating golf courses to anyone who is interested in purchasing one. The Gold ID Card is $25 and allows you to reserve up to 10 days in advance. A Regular ID Card is $2 and allows you to reserve up to 6 days in advance, which is the current policy for advanced reservations at participating golf courses.

Golfer ID Cards are optional. You may make a reservation online or over the phone without purchasing a one. In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged card, M-NCPCC reserves the right to charge the cardholder for a replacement card. The card is valid for up to one year.

Advanced Tee Time Information
Golfers with Gold Golfer ID Cards can reserve a tee time up to 10 days in advance starting at 8 pm. For example, to reserve a tee time for a Saturday, you may reserve online as early as 8 pm the Thursday a week and a half prior.

Regular Golfer ID Cardholders and golfers who do not have ID cards can start reserving tee times up to 6 days in advance at 8 pm. For example, to reserve a Saturday tee time, you may reserve online as early as the previous Sunday at 8 pm. If you do not have a Golfer ID Card, be sure to write down your confirmation number, as you will need it to modify or cancel your reservation. To modify the time of your reservation or to choose a different golf course, please cancel your reservation and create a new one.

Golfers may reserve a tee time for 2,3 or 4 players, with a limit of one tee time per day per cardholder. Single golfers can make a reservation if they are willing to be paired with an existing threesome or twosome. Once a reservation is made, cancellations and modifications cannot be made at the golf course.

Reservations can also be made over the phone using an automated phone system by calling (866)741-8616. The same policies apply. For more information, click here.

When you arrive at the golf course, a cashier will scan your card (or enter your confirmation number) and will request payment at that time. The cashier will also scan the ID card of anyone else in your group who has one. Please plan to arrive at the course 30 minutes prior to your tee time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and/or modifications must be made at least one day prior to your scheduled tee time. For example, to cancel a Tee Time for Saturday you must cancel prior to 8:00 pm the Friday before. Failure to honor the cancellation policy will result in a warning. A second occurrence will cause a suspension from the reservation system. Please be considerate to your fellow golfers by canceling your reservation as soon as you know you will not be able to honor it. That way, someone else can reserve your vacated tee time slot.
