Patuxent River Scenic Trail at Queen Anne
18405 Queen Anne Road
Upper Marlboro, MD 20774
301-627-6074; TTY 301-699-2544

The Patuxent River Scenic Trail at Queen Anne is a 4-mile natural surface woodland trail for hiking, bicycling and horseback riding. One of the directives in the Master Plan the Commission adopted was to develop a series of linear trails along the river. This trail meanders along the river connecting this scenic greenway with its resources. Scenic overlooks, interpretive exhibits and rest stops complement the trail. Markers identify the trail and are color-coded for easy identification. Visitors are asked to follow proper trail etiquette and park in designated areas.

Location/Directions - Located near the Patuxent River 4-H Center.

From Route 301 in Bowie, turn onto Queen Anne Road. Go 2.2 miles and turn right at entrance to Patuxent River 4-H Center. Take gravel road to parking area.
