Prince George's County, Maryland is home to a beautiful assortment of rental sites available for weddings, business meetings, receptions, and other events. The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission has restored these homes which capture the grandeur of days gone by, yet include the modern conveniences necessary for today's comfort. All are furnished with period-style pieces and several have outdoor gardens and patios available for your special event.
Our historic rental properties are generally available throughout the year, seven days a week. We offer special rates for residents of Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. Those wishing to rent one of the historic sites may bring in caterers of their choice. All facilities are equipped with warming kitchens, adjacent, free parking and numerous other amenities.
In addition to our historic rental properties, M-NCPPC also owns and operates many historic sites & museums in Prince George's County. These facilities are open to visitors and offer many programs and activities.

Meet us at Newton White Mansion and we’ll provide FREE transportation for the complete tour. Early departures from Prince George’s Ballroom or Oxon Hill Manor will be accommodated. If you prefer, join us to tour any/all of the sites using your own transportation. Ample free parking is available. Please download, complete and return the registration form.
