COLONIAL PET EXHIBIT


Man's Best Friends: Colonial Americans and Their Pets, 1700-1800

June 19-August 31
Thursday & Friday, 10 am-4 pm &
Sunday, 12-4 pm
Monday-Wednesday, by appointment


What kind of pets did Colonial Americans keep? Visit this exhibit and see for yourself. Visitors are encouraged to bring a photo of their own pet to display in the 'Paws of Fame' gallery. $1 from each admission ticket will be donated to PAW, an all-volunteer animal charity located in Greenbelt, Maryland that finds homes for animals.

Fee (includes house tour): $4/adults; $3/seniors & groups; $2/children age 5-18
