RENTAL DETAILS

The two-story, rustic stone building features a pine interior with hardwood floors and is situated in a lovely park setting. The outside grounds are available for use before dusk and the lawn is suitable for weddings, altough no tents are allowed. A warming kitchen is available for the caterer of your choice. Only one function is scheduled per day at Adelphi Mill, so the renter has the flexibility of choosing any 6-hour time period, to end no later than midnight.

Deposits
Rental of the Adelphi Mill requires a $40 (cash) key deposit and a $150 (check or cash) security deposit.
