ACTIVITIES OFFERED AT PRINCE GEORGE'S SPORTS & LEARNING COMPLEX

The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex, 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD 20785 is offering the following classes/activities during April 2008.

A money management class, for ages 10-17, teaches youth about saving, investing and money management. Classes are held Tuesdays, April 8 - 29 from 7-9 pm, SMARTlink activity #112064. The fee for each class is $50/resident, $60/non resident and $38 impact area.

Academic enrichment by way of a tutoring class for students in grades K-6 provides a homework based tutor in math, reading, grammar or writing for. Classes are held Wednesdays beginning April 2. Call for class times. The fee for each class is $44/resident, $53/non resident and $33 impact area.

Open gymnastic workshops for children walking to age 14 are offered on Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday, April 2 from 11:30 am-12:30 pm, Friday, April 4 from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm, and Saturday, April 5 from 1:30 pm-2:30 pm. The fee for each class is $6/child accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 3 children are admitted with each adult. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
