BE A PIRATE FOR A DAY

Calling all landlubbers! Have you ever dreamed of life on the high seas, manning the sails and hunting for treasure? Darnall's Chance House, 14800 Governor Oden Bowie Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, is seeking boys and girls' ages 8-12 who want to learn more about life aboard a pirate ship for activities to be held Saturday, April 12 and 26, 2008.

As a pirate-in-training, you will try on pirate gear, make a pirate flag, and learn to navigate with a compass. After you've mastered all the skills you need to find treasure, you will go on a hunt for pirate gold.

Reservations and payment of $20/child are required in advance.
