I noticed a sign posted at the end of my street advertising a hearing. Can you please tell me what this is all about?

For more information, please call 301-952-3749.
2.
Why do I have to provide off-street parking/loading facilities? My business doesn't need any!
Sections 27-552(a) and 27-575(a) of the Prince George's County Zoning Ordinance require that each application for a building and use and occupancy permit include a site plan indicating compliance with all standards enumerated in Part II of the Zoning Ordinance. These spaces are required to serve the parking and loading needs of all persons associated with the building(s) and use(s). Minimum requirements for specific uses can be found in the parking and loading space schedules in Section 27-568 and 27-582 of the Ordinance.
For more information, please call 301-952-3749.
3.
I don't agree with your interpretation of the regulations. How do I get a legal opinion?
Requests for legal opinions must be submitted in writing, and should be directed to the Development Review Division. The letter must identify why the opinion is being sought, include the permit application number (if any), describe exactly what the applicant is proposing, and indicate the nature of the opinion he is seeking.
For more information, please call 301-952-3749.
