Maryland Song Bird

Kali Cornelis began her art career a few years ago by painting the tricycle she found in her yard. Today, with partner Michael Vain, she operates Reincarnations, a furniture, sculpture and mural-painting business. Their works have been exhibited throughout the country and commissioned by patrons from as far as the West Indies. This is Cornelis and Vain's first public art commission. They both work and reside in Bowie, Md.
