Blue Prints George's Bird

Felipe Chapa was trained as an architect at the University of Mexico before moving to the United States. His paintings have been shown in recent exhibitions at The Gallery, 3300 M Street, Arte Del Corazion and La Busqueda in Washington, D.C. Chapa is the production manager at Weitzman Studios, the local sculpture and design shop that fabricated the birds for Birds I View. The artist lives in Washington, D.C.
