Reservations for Parties & Meetings

• Exclusive use of party room for 2 hours during any public session.
• For Ice Skating Party: Admissions & skate rentals include up to a maximum of 25 children/guests. Client receives 25 wristbands to be distributed to each party attendee. The rink is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. NO refunds for unused wristbands.
• For Bumper Car Party: Bumper car ride admissions include up to a maximum of 25 children/guests. Client receives 25 tickets to be distributed to each party attendee; 1 ticket per person per ride; each ride lasts 4-5 minutes in length. The rink is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. NO refunds for unused bumper car tickets. All other procedures for use of the party room remain the same. NOTE: 'Bumper Cars on Ice' is open to the general public, as well as those in the party. Therefore, it is recommended that bumper car tickets should be used within the 1st hour of the session. Any tickets attempted to be used AFTER the 1st hour will not be guaranteed a ride.
• Setup time - 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
• Cleanup time - 15 minutes after the conclusion of the session.
• Balloons for birthday child.
• Parents are welcome to bring food, drinks, cake, etc. The rink does not supply plates, utensils, or other party supplies.
• Full payment must be made at the time of said booking. If booking is cancelled per client request, client will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If the client chooses to request a refund of the pro-rated amount, a 20% SMARTlink Processing Fee will be imposed, reducing the amount to be refunded. NOTE: If booked 2 weeks or more in advance, check, cash, or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) will be accepted. If booked less than 2 weeks in advance, only cash or credit card will be accepted.
• The use of training aids/walkers during public sessions may not be allowed at the discretion of the staff due to high skater attendance & consideration of safety for our patrons.
• No phone reservations will be accepted. Party booking must be made in person. Client must sign contract/agreement at the time of booking said event.
• Party skating lessons available for an additional cost. Please make arrangements with our ice skating director, Natalie Paul.

MEETING

Non-Profit Groups
(e.g., church, school, girl scouts, boy scouts, non-profit clubs)
During hours (Weekdays, 9 am-5 pm) $25/hour
After hours (Weekdays, after 5 pm & Weekends) $45/hour

Private Groups
(e.g., baby shower, bridal shower, staff meeting, private clubs)
During hours (Weekdays, 9 am-5 pm) $50/hour
After hours (Weekdays, after 5 pm & Weekends) $90/hour
