Room Reservations

• Admissions & skate rentals included up to a maximum of 25 children/guests, usage of a private room, tables, chairs, and HEAT! Client receives 25 wristbands to be distributed to party attendees. The rink is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. NO refunds for unused wristbands.
• Regular admission for additional guests.
• Setup time - 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
• Cleanup time - 30 minutes after the conclusion of the session.
• Parents are welcome to bring food, drinks, cake, etc. The rink does not supply plates, utensils, or other party supplies.
• Reservations and payment need to be made in advance; payable by check, cash or Visa/MasterCard. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
• You must have a SMARTlink account to purchase a rental and to pay by check.
• If booking is cancelled per client request, client will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the client chooses to request a refund of the pro-rated amount, a 20% SMARTlink Processing Fee will be imposed, reducing the amount to be refunded. NOTE: If booked 2 weeks or more in advance, check, cash, or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) will be accepted. If booked less than 2 weeks in advance, only cash or credit card will be accepted.
• The use of cones as training aids during public sessions may not be allowed at the discretion of the staff due to high skater attendance and consideration of safety for our patrons.
• No phone reservations will be accepted. Party booking must be made in person. Client must sign contract/agreement at the time of booking said event.
• Party skating lessons available for an additional cost. Please make arrangements with our ice skating director, Wendy Donley.
