Walk and Talk with the Doc

Walk and Talk with the DocJoin
us as health care professionals share health tips and lead group walks at M-NCPPC locations throughout Prince George’s County! Walking is good medicine. It is one of the best forms of exercise, and can help you lift your mood, connect with others, and lower your risk of serious health problems.

The program is a great way to stay in shape, enjoy the outdoors, and join other walkers who are interested in staying healthy and fit. Walk your way to health and wellness, and earn fun prizes along the way. No registration is required; just lace up your walking shoes and join us for a community walk.
