May is National Physical Activity and Sports MonthWe are making it easy to get more active with FREE classes and events all month long. Learn some new dance steps, take a Zumba class, start weight training or try fitness boot camp. May is the month to get your wellness on with games, sports, cooking demonstrations, health screenings, yoga, art, jazz and fun for the whole family.

Support our Armed Forces and Veterans with the Healthy Trails 5K
Our Vets Trek the Trail hiking team is embarking on a 6-month, 2190 mile journey along the Appalachian Trail to promote the Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies program for veterans with disabilities. Follow their journey to check their progress along the way, and join the Healthy Trails 5K Run/Walk at Lake Artemesia in May to celebrate our Armed Forces and Veterans! A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies program.
