Pool Rules
Management and pool personnel reserve the right to address any behavior which is considered a safety risk, unsanitary, or a disturbance to others.
Failure to abide by these rules may result in injury to yourself or others.

Admission Rules
- Proof of residency and identification are required.
- Everyone entering the facility must pay admission fees.
- Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult who is responsible for their supervision.
- Children 12-17 must have a SMARTlink ID and parental consent to be at the facility unattended.
- If you leave the facility you must pay to re-enter.
- Groups of 10 or more people must contact facility in advance to make a reservation.
- Group rates are only applicable Monday-Friday with prior approval from the facility manager.
- Following unscheduled pool closures (i.e.: fecal contamination, inclement weather, mechanical problems), re-entry passes will be issues to patrons providing receipts of entry to the pool within the last hour.
General Pool Rules
- Before entering the swimming pool, all swimmers must take a cleansing shower.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Swimsuits are required. No cut-off jeans, shorts, leotards, skirts, sheer or revealing swimming attire allowed.
- No running, profanity, boisterous or rough play is permitted in the pool or facility.
- No person shall bring or throw into the pool or its floors, walkways, decks, or dressing rooms, any object that may in any way carry contamination or endanger the safety of any swimmer.
- No diving is permitted into shallow areas of the pool.
- No prolonged underwater swimming or breath holding.
- No flotation devices or toys allowed (i.e. floats, rafts, swimsuits with built-in flotation devices) except for persons with disabilities requiring accommodation.
- Persons having or reasonably suspected to have any considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue, cuts, known or recognizable contagious or communicable disease, cough, cold, open sores, blisters, bandaged wound, fever, inflammation of the eyes, nasal or ear discharges, or diarrhea shall not be allowed to enter the pool water.
- No disposable diapers permitted. Anyone not toilet-trained must wear snug-fitting plastic pants over swim diapers.
- Spitting, urinating, blowing of the nose, spouting of water, or deposit of foreign matter in the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Glassware or other hazardous objects shall not be permitted within the pool fence area.
- Consumption of gum, food, beverages and use of tobacco products shall not be permitted in the swimming pool or on the deck area.
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or the use of tobacco products is prohibited. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be prohibited from entering the pool.
- For persons under the age of 18, a swim test is required to swim in deep water and to use deep water features (slides, diving boards, etc…).
- Wading/Children’s pools are reserved for children 48 inches in height or less.
- During 15-minute rest breaks, anyone under 18 years of age must exit the pool. Adults with infants under 3 years of age will be permitted in pool during rest breaks.
- Patrons must secure their belongings. Facility will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Children ages 5 and older must use gender appropriate restrooms or family changing rooms accompanied by an adult.
- For privacy concerns, cell phone and camera use is prohibited in restrooms and changing areas.
- No loitering or solicitation permitted on facility property.
Slide Rules
- You must be 48 inches in height or more to use flume or tube slides.
- For persons under the age of 18, a swim test is required to swim in deep water and to use deep water features (slides, diving boards, etc…).
- One person at a time. No grouping or forming chains allowed.
- Feet first! No head-first entries.
- No diving, running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling, or stopping in slide.
- No climbing up the slide.
- Hold hands close to body and keep inside the slide.
- No shirts or swimsuits with hardware are permitted on slides (buckles, zippers, buttons).
- Please exit pool immediately after using slide. No waiting for or catching others is permitted.
Diving Board Rules
- Please ask the lifeguard or pool manager where diving is permitted.
- For persons under the age of 18, a swim test is required to swim in deep water and to use deep water features (slides, diving boards, etc…).
- Head and cervical injuries can result from improper diving. To avoid such injuries, use caution when diving.
- Do not double bounce on diving boards.
- Do not make adjustments to the fulcrum.
- Check water depth and do not dive out of the deep water area.
- Only one person at a time on the diving board.
- Be sure the diving area is clear of patrons or equipment before diving.
- Do not swim under the diving board.
- Dive straight off of the board. Do not dive to the sides of the boar.
Spa Rules
- Spa is for patrons 18 years of age and older.
- Please limit your spa use to 15 minutes to avoid nausea, dizziness, and fainting.
- Enter and exit slowly.
- Please do not sit or stand on or near a spa drain, and do not reach into spa skimmers.
- Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high/low blood pressure should consult with a physician prior to use.
- Do not use the spa while under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstritors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, or tranquilizers.
Lily Pad/Log Crossing Rules
- You must be 48 inches tall to use the lily pad or log crossing.
- Users must wait until previous user reaches the 4th lily pad or 2nd log before beginning.
- No pushing, shoving, or trying to knock a person off of the feature.
- If you fall off the lily pads or logs, you must exit the pool immediately.
- No swimming is permitted in the lily pad/log crossing area.
Funbrella/Patio Area:
- No grilling is permitted.
- Balls are permitted in the grass area of the patio provided they do not interfere with other patrons.
- Only patrons who have reserved and paid for use of the birthday area may use it.
- BIRTHDAY PARTIES MUST BE PAID FOR & SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE WITH THE FACILITY. THERE WILL BE NO UNSCHEDULED PARTIES PERMITTED UNDER FUNBREALLAS AND IN PATIO AREAS.
