Outdoor pools opening soon!

Outdoor pools will be open from May 25th thru September 2nd, 2013:

Weekends ONLY from May 25th - June 2nd
Open 7 Days a Week: June 8th - August 18th
Weekends ONLY: August 24 - September 2nd
ALL POOLS WILL CLOSE EARLY (4PM) ON JUNE 8TH FOR AN ALL-STAFF TRAINING AND ON JULY 4TH IN OBSERVANCE OF THE HOLIDAY
Allentown Splash, Tennis, and Fitness Park and Fairland Sports and Aquatics Complex will close at 4pm on June 15th.

*NOTE: Pools are cleared 15 minutes PRIOR to closing.

Located in Hamilton Neighborhood Park within the Anacostia Stream Valley Park, Hamilton Pool has been transformed into a splash park opening May 2010. This seasonal, outdoor facility offers a 25-meter pool. Facility amenities include a lily pad crossing, a "tipping-buckets" waterfall, waterslides, wading pool, and shower/changing facilities. Birthday parties available by reservation.

Location/Directions

From the Capital Beltway (I-495), take Exit 25 South (Route 1). Make a right onto Route 410 (East-West Highway). Make a left onto Queens Chapel Road (Route 500). Make a left onto Hamilton Street. The pool is on the right at 40th Avenue and Hamilton Street.
