• Lifeguard – starting at $9.30/hour 
• Shallow Water Attendant –starting at $8.52/hour
• Swim Instructor – starting at $14.16/hour
• Swim Lesson Aide – starting at $10.69/hour
• Assistant Pool Manager – starting at $12.31/hour
• Pool Manager – starting at $14.16/hour
• Water Safety Instructor (salary will depend on certification and experience)
• Adapted Aquatics Swim Lesson Instructor - starting at $14.16/hour
• Adapted Aquatics Swim Lesson Aide - starting at $10.69/hour
• Cashier/Customer Service Representative – starting at $7.25/hour

Aquatic training and certification classes are available through M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation. Lifeguards who are offered a job and agree to work at an M-NCPPC pool can take the Lifeguard Training course for the employee rate of only $50! M-NCPPC even offers Lifeguard Prep Swim Lessons for those who need more time to improve their swimming skills.
