The Department of Parks and Recreation offers a variety of water fitness programs, including:

Abs & Glutes Deep Water Aerobics
Aqua Belly Dancing Aqua Boot Camp
Aqua Zumba HydroSpin
Aqua Arthritis Power Water Walking
Aqua Kickboxing Shallow Water Aerobics
Aqua Sculpt Therapeutic Exercise
Our facilities offer water fitness classes during the morning, afternoon, and evening to accommodate a variety of schedules. We also offer classes for seniors ages 60 & better.
