 Queen Anne Fishing Area is located in what was once Queen Anne, a colonial town dating back to 1706. This was a major river crossing from Southern Maryland to Annapolis.
The fishing area is open daily. The old bridge is closed to fishing, and anglers are permitted to fish along the banks. The river is tidal, so a Chesapeake Bay sport fishing license is required for anglers age 16 and older.

Location/Directions
From Route 214 in Bowie, turn south onto Queen Anne Bridge Road. Go 0.4 miles to stop sign. Proceed another 0.3 miles to park entrance.
