Playground and Xtreme Teen Center Registration

2012 Information

To register via Internet or telephone, have the following information ready to start a registration: *NOTE: Beginning in 2012, there is a new, required forms process which requires that you have additional information avaialble in order to complete any summer day camp registration. Learn more>

*your SMARTlink barcodes
*camp activity number
*family PIN
*credit/debit card number
*emergency contact name & phone number
*physician's name & phone number
*date of last tetanus or DPT vaccination

Please Note: If you have not yet signed up for a SMARTlink account, you will need to do that before you register for a Summer Playground for Xtreme Teen Center. SMARTlink is our automated registration system, and getting an account is free. Need help or have questions? VISA credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, checks, and cash are accepted. You must pay in full at the time of registration. If you register via SMARTlink Internet or telephone, you must use a VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card, or have funds applied to your SMARTlink account before registering. If you plan to pay by check, please note that June 1 is the last day personal checks will be accepted for 2012 Summer Playground and Summer Xtreme Teen Center registration.

To register via Internet or automated, touch-tone telephone, have your SMARTlink client barcodes, activity number, family PIN and credit/debit card number and expiration date available.

• Register via SMARTlink Internet from 9 am, March 30 through midnight, June 10. Click on the SMARTlink logo.
  
• Register via SMARTlink automated, touch-tone telephone from 9 am, March 30 through midnight, June 10. Call 301-583-BOOK (2665) and follow the voice prompts.
  
• Register in person at any M-NCPPC staffed facility in Prince George's County beginning at 9 am, March 30. Bring your SMARTlink information.
