Mondays-Thursdays: 6:30 am-10 pm
Fridays: 6:30 am-7 pm; Xtreme Teens only: 7-10 pm
Saturdays: 9 am-5 pm; Xtreme Teens only: 7-10 pm
Sundays: 12 noon-4 pm

The newly renovated Upper Marlboro Community Center features a gymnasium, a fitness room, an activities room, a meeting room, a warming kitchen, a pre-school room, two racquetball courts, office space, and restrooms. Outdoor amenities include a tennis court, play equipment, a softball field and a soccer field.

 

Sports, arts, fitness, dance, crafts, self-improvement, drama, games, hobbies, martial arts, music, and do-it-yourself instruction are among the activities offered here. The center also hosts tournaments, clubs, camps, special events, workshops, drop-in programs, after-school programs, and cultural activitie. Pre-schoolers, children, teens, adults, and senior citizens will find a variety of recreation opportunities available at the center. The center participates in the Xtreme Teens program every Friday and Saturday night from 7-10 pm.

Location/Directions

Located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland in close proximity to the Prince George's Equestrian Center.

From the Capital Beltway (I-495) south toward Richmond, Virginia, take Exit 11 Pennsylvania Avenue (Route 4) toward Upper Marlboro. Proceed for 7 miles and take the exit for the Equestrian Center. At the stop sign, turn right. Make an immediate left into parking lot and proceed up the hill toward the water tower. Make a left onto Race Track Road. You will go under Route 4. The community center is on the left.

From Route 301 South, take Route 4 toward Upper Marlboro. Take Equestrian Center exit off of Route 4. At the stop sign, turn left. You will go under Route 4. Continue into the Equestrian Center parking area and turn left toward the water tower. The community center is on the left.
