Hours of Operation

Mondays-Thursdays: 9 am-9 pm
Fridays: 9 am-7 pm, Xtreme Teens only: 7-10 pm
Saturdays: 9 am-5 pm, Xtreme Teens only: 7-10 pm
Sundays: 12 noon-4 pm 


Located next to Seat Pleasant Elementary School, the activity center features a multi-purpose room, game room, kitchen, fitness room, gymnasium, offices, and storage areas are located within the center. Seat Pleasant Activity Center is also home to Evelyn Cole Senior Center. Outdoor recreation facilities used by visitors at both the community center and the school include four basketball courts, and play equipment.

Sports, arts, fitness, dance, crafts, self-improvement, drama, games, hobbies, martial arts, music, and do-it-yourself instruction are among the activities offered here. The center also hosts tournaments, clubs, camps, special events, workshops, drop-in programs, after-school programs, and cultural activities at different times. Children, teens, adults, and senior citizens will find a variety of recreation opportunities available at the center.

Location/Directions

Located on Addison Road in Seat Pleasant, Maryland.

From the Capital Beltway (I-495), take Exit 15B to Route 214 (Central Avenue) west. Proceed west on Central Avenue to Addison Road. Make a right onto Addison Road. Make a left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Highway. Make a quick right onto Addison Road. The center will be on the right.

From Martin Luther King Jr. Highway (Route 704), travel to Addison Road. Make a quick right onto Addison Road. The center will be on the right.
