kettering largo interiorLargo/Kettering/Perrywood Community Center is located next to Watkins Regional Park. Through the cooperative efforts of the Board of Education and M-NCPPC, this recreation facility is part of a community park/school center. The community center includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose room, exercise/fitness room, pre-school area, dance room, arts and crafts room, game room, offices, storage areas, and restrooms with showers. Perrywood Elementary School adjoins the community center. The building includes school use areas, community center use areas, and joint-use areas. Recreation programs and classes in the areas of sports, arts, fitness, dance, crafts, cooking, self-improvement, drama, games, hobbies, martial arts, music, and do-it-yourself instruction are among the activities offered at the center. The facility also hosts tournaments, clubs, camps, special events, workshops, drop-in programs, after-school programs, and cultural activities at different times. Pre-schoolers, children, teens, adults, and senior citizens will find a variety of recreation opportunities available at the center. Location/Directions

Located in central Prince George's County near Watkins Regional Park, between Route 214 (Central Avenue) and Route 202 (Landover Road).

From the Capital Beltway (I-495), take Exit 15A (Central Avenue/Route 214 East). Follow Central Avenue to Watkins Park Drive. Make a right onto Watkins Park Drive. Follow Watkins Park Drive past the park and continue following to center on right.

From Route 202 (Landover Road), take Route 202 toward Upper Marlboro. Continue to Watkins Park Drive. Make a left onto Watkins Park Drive. Follow Watkins Park Drive (Route 193) to center on left.
