SMARTlink
WHAT IS SMARTLINK?
SMARTlink, a program used by M-NCPPC’s Department of Parks and Recreation, allows patrons to register for classes and activities via touch-tone telephone or computer (with Internet access) 24 hours a day. This program is fast, efficient, secure and convenient. Customers can receive immediate confirmation that they’ve gotten into a class, or they may put their names on a waiting list when a class is full. Using the SMARTlink system allows payment for classes to be made by credit card, by debit card, or by putting money into a SMARTlink account.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Before you can use SMARTlink, you must set up your account(s) in person. Each family member needs to be registered as a SMARTlink customer. To set up an account, go to any M-NCPPC community center or area office in Prince George’s County and bring documentation with proof of residency, age, and identity for each family member who wishes to become a client. Staff will then set up your SMARTlink account and you will be assigned bar codes and PIN numbers.

- Some classes fill quickly; register early.

- The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex has a priority registration period for Impact Area residents living in a predefined area surrounding FedEx Field. To receive the benefit of early registration, Impact Area residents must register in person at that facility only.
