Rape Aggression Defense Class (RAD)

Date & Time: Saturdays, July 9-August 6, 9 am-12 noon 
Description: In this FREE course, participants will learn self-defense techniques, build confidence and self-esteem thorugh practical exercises (simulated attack scenarios) - all taught by trained law enforcement officers. Register early; limited space available.
Cost: FREE 
Ages: 16 & up - especially recommended for college bound young women; mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend.
