Montpelier Arts Center is a dynamic, multifaceted arts destination located on the grounds of historic Montpelier Mansion in northern Prince George's County. The Montpelier Arts enriches the communities of central Maryland by providing quality visual, literary, and performing arts programs.

The arts center opened in 1979, and today houses three galleries, artists' studios, and classrooms. Exhibitions include cutting edge work as well as more traditional approaches from regional, national and international artists. The Main Gallery serves as the intimate setting for the performances of the Jazz, Folk/Blues and Classical music series.

The gallery is available on a limited basis for rental by community groups. Artist studios are open to the public and offer insight into the process of creating artwork. Classes and workshops in the visual arts are offered throughout the year.
