Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center

M-NCPPC contributed to the cost of building the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, located on the edge of the College Park campus of the University of Maryland just off Rte. 193, in exchange for community access and programming. The building houses the University's departments of music, dance and theater, and is a premiere performing arts venue. For information about performances, contact the Center. 

Within the Performing Arts Center, the Prince George's County Room is operated by the M-NCPPC's Cultural Arts and Heritage Division. The room may be used by county arts groups at no charge. Call 301-446-3233 for more information.

Registrations for Department of Parks and Recreation classes and camps are not taken at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center.
