All Mixed Up: A Juried Exhibition of Mixed Media Work
ALL MIXED UP is a juried exhibition of works in two or more media, sponsored by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County, Arts and Cultural Heritage Division.  All artists 18 years of age or older who live, work, have a studio, or study in Prince George’s County, Maryland are eligible to apply.

Beltsville Laurel Senior Activity Center – Call for Public Artists
Application Deadline:  July 30, 2010.  The M-NCPPC invites artists or artist teams from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. to submit applications to be considered to create a work for the new Beltsville Laurel Senior Activity Center, scheduled to open in 2011.  Up to three Finalists will be selected from the applicants to create proposals to recognize and honor the donors for the center.  Each Finalist or Finalist Team will receive a $1000 honorarium.  The Project Budget for the commissioned artist or artist team is $60,000. Call for Prince George’s County Craft Artists

The M-NCPPC’s Gateway Arts Center is actively seeking craft artists to feature in our Fine Craft Showcase.

The center, which is progressing toward its grand opening, will host an arts classroom, a gallery, and a section dedicated to showing and selling fine crafts. The Fine Craft Showcase is located immediately inside the entrance and situated prominently in the front window space. Works will be sold on consignment, with a 25% commission. There are no fees.

Proposals for features in the Fine Craft Showcase are currently being accepted from artists who are at least 18 years of age and who live, work, or study in Prince George’s County.
