Prince George's County, Maryland is home to a beautiful assortment of rental sites available for weddings, business meetings, receptions, and other events. M-NCPPC has restored these homes to capture the grandeur of days gone by, yet include the modern conveniences necessary for today's comfort. All are furnished with period-style pieces and several have outdoor gardens and patios available for your special event.

Our historic rental properties are generally available throughout the year, seven days a week. We offer special rates for residents of Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. Those wishing to rent one of the historic sites may bring in caterers of their choice. All facilities are equipped with warming kitchens, adjacent, free parking and numerous other amenities.
