Prince George’s County garden plots provide a place to grow fresh produce and flowers as well as satisfying labor, neighborhood improvement, communities coming together and a connection to the environment. Four plot locations are situated around the county where our residents can come together and garden.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective February 1st, 2013, clients reserving a rental building by phone must confirm rental agreements using electronic signature via email. Clients must have access to email during the reservation phone call as the agreement will be emailed for signature at the same time. Rental agreements will not be finalized until the emailed document is verified and electronically signed by the client.

Registration starts on the first business day of February for the following season's reservation.

In order to rent a garden plot, the renter must first become a verified SMARTlink Customer and provide valid proof of residency, age and ID. Click here for more information on becoming a SMARTlink customer.

Permits are issued by the Park Permit Office- contact them for information regarding these facilities  and availability. All rentals made through the Park Permits Office must be paid in full at the time of reservation and all fees are subject to change.
