Vendors & Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 2013 Beltway BBQ Showdown. The Showdown is looking for quality vendors in the areas of:
• Great tasting BBQ and other fine foods
• BBQ grilling, rubs, sauces, various equipment and supplies
• Quality artisans, crafters and merchandise

Registration deadline (office stamped or post office stamped) is Friday, May 24, 2013 by 5 pm. Spaces are limited and will be assigned based on fully completed form and a la carte menu or goods list with prices. Please read the vendor packet thoroughly for information. Applications will be reviewed by the Beltway BBQ Showdown Committee and notification given within ten (10) business days of receipt of your paperwork.

Registration fees are to be paid by money order or cash. Money order should be made payable to M-NCPPC. All vendors must have General Liability Insurance of no less than $500,000.
