Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 2012 Beltway BBQ Showdown. The Beltway BBQ Showdown is looking for quality vendors in the areas of:

Great tasting BBQ and other fine foods
BBQ grilling, rubs, sauces, various equipment and supplies as well as quality artisans, crafters and merchandise

Registration deadline (office stamped or post office stamped) is Friday, May 25, 2012 by 5 pm. Spaces are limited and applications awarded will be based on completed application and a la carte menu or goods list with prices. Please read the vendor application provided below thoroughly for information. Applications will be reviewed by the Committee and notification given within ten (10) business days of receipt of your application.

Registration fees are to be paid by money order or cash. Money order should be made payable to M-NCPPC. All vendors need to have General Liability Insurance of no less than $500,000. The sale and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
