General Statements

Copies of IFB/RFP will be furnished by the Director of Parks and Recreation from offices at 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Room 205/207, Riverdale, Maryland 20737 from 9 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday. Packages can be purchased with checks and/or money orders and are non-refundable. IFB/RFP packages will not be mailed unless otherwise stated.

Sealed bids and proposals must be received by the Director of Parks and Recreation, c/o M-NCPPC Park Planning and Development Division, 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Suite 205/207, Riverdale, Maryland 20737 by the date and time stated.

Interested parties must call contact person identified in the solicitation to verify number of addenda prior to submitting a bid or proposal.

B30-159	Bituminous Concrete Paving and Associated Work at Various Sites in the Prince George’s County, Maryland FY’11
Description:	Supplying and placing bituminous concrete in designated areas at various sites in Prince George’s County, Maryland and perform associated work such as milling, surface cleaning, application of liquid tack coating material and the parking lot layout and striping. Additionally, crack and pothole repair, other patching and various applications of base and surface asphalt may be required.
