help desk M-NCPPC's Customer Service Help Desk offers a quick and convenient connection to our services and programs.  It's your one-stop shop whether you are curious about where to find a biking trail or need to update your e-mail address, if you have policy questions or need help with class registration, or just want to know more about parks planned in your area. In addition, this is the team that handles SMARTlink account information, and can help if you forget your account PIN and barcode numbers. The friendly Help Desk staff also will assist when you have a complaint or inquiry about programs and maintenance issues—rest assured your information will get to the right person and the problem will be resolved!
