Submit Meeting Material

All materials for Planning Board consideration must be submitted by 10 a.m. on Wednesdays, which is one day prior to the Planning Board hearing. We cannot guarantee that materials received after 10 a.m. on Wednesday will get to the Planning Board in time for the hearing, but they will become part of the record. Any materials submitted after the Planning Board has voted on a particular matter will not become part of the record.

NOTE: Signing up as a "Party of Record" does not entitle you to speak at the meeting. You must also sign up to speak here for that particular session.

The Planning Board encourages all citizens to attend its hearings, at which time any and all materials will be accepted into the record upon presentation, and testimony may be offered.

The following order of agenda items is for the convenience of the Planning Board and in no way indicates the order in which cases will be called. Anyone wishing to speak and/or to become a party of record should sign up at the desk in the front of the hearing room. Please be advised that persons wishing to speak may be subject to time limits as deemed necessary in order to reasonably accommodate all who wish to speak. Individuals with special needs are asked to contact the Planning Board Office at 301-952-3560, TTY 301-952-3796.
