This explanation will direct facility designers and operators to the appropriate sources for information, interpretations, and implementations of various fire and life safety code initiatives. Further, this session will include an overview of the basic requirements for occupancy classifications of interest to the park and recreation community, including places of assembly, day care centers, and recreational residential structures. Included will be an introduction to the Crowd Manager Certification Program currently available through the web site of the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
