Transportation information
  • Baltimore Washington International Airport is the most convenient airport to the Conference hotel. Ronald Reagan National Airport may also be utilized. Super Shuttle/Blue Van Service provides transportation from either airport to the hotel. The number for Super Shuttle/Blue Van Service is 1-800-258-3826. Reservations are required and service is available around-the-clock. Online reservations are available at www.supershuttle.com.
  • Metrorail transportation is available from Ronald Reagan National.
  • Airport to Greenbelt, Maryland. Phone the Holiday Inn at301-345-6700 from 7 am to 9:30 pm to arrange courtesy transportation from Greenbelt Metro Station to the hotel.
Driving Directions
Southbound from New York/Baltimore — take I-95 South to I-495 West towards Silver Spring -take left exit for route 1 - follow exit around until you see exit 25A route 1 North. Hotel is on your left. Northbound I-95/I-495 to exit 25. Continue straight up the ramp across route 1 into hotel parking lot.

Special Accommodations

Exhibits

Companies and agencies will display a broad range of safety products and services at the Conference on Tuesday. Delegates will have the opportunity to visit exhibits throughout the day.

Resource Room

Safety and health literature collected from national and local organizations will be available for delegates free of charge. Delegates are encouraged to bring safety and program information from their respective agencies to share with others.

Certificates

Certificates will be awarded on the final afternoon of the Conference to delegates registering for the full three-day Conference.

Outside Demonstrations

Vendors and exhibitors will provide hands-on demonstrations of their products and services in the hotel parking lot on Wednesday.

Socials

Conference participants will have the chance to join fellow delegates at informal socials Tuesday and Wednesday.
