Enjoy two light-filled indoor spaces perfect for meetings, baby showers, retirement functions and more! The two spaces can also be opened as one space for a total of 2,400 square feet. Rentals are a minimum of 4 hours which includes set-up and clean-up.

Deposit is credited back to your SMARTlink account if the room is left in a clean, undamaged condition.
Renter is responsible for all damage to rental facility.
Additional damage fees may apply.
Reserving an Event
To reserve a rental, a SMARTlink account must be established and a reservation fee of half of the rental, plus the $100 cleaning/damage deposit is required.
Balance must be paid one week in advance by cash or credit card. Rental is subject to cancellation if balance is not paid.
Checks are accepted up to two weeks prior to rental.
Rentals canceled with less than 30 days prior to the rental will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
